RESERVATION PROCEDURES

You can make your reservations,

·         You can also make your reservations personelly at our reseption desk.

So that the reservations become definite, you ought to,   

·         Pay in cash at our reseption desk.,

·         Via money order or EFT . (Account number)

·         Via mail order by using your. (credit card)

In any case of cancellation, your payment will be given back to you, as far as it is made appropriately

You have to inform us via mail, fax or personal application, that you want to cancell the reservation;

·         For ‘’Suit and Vip 1’’ , rooms before 72 hours,

·         For ‘’Special Decorated Romms’’ , before 48 hours.,

In order to get your payment back in case of any cancellation , you must inform us before 2 days about it. Otherweise your demand will not be taken into consideration.
